Published audio guides, port suggestions, stories, memory passports and a shop accompany the voyage.
Available content depends on voyage settings, guide publications and each product’s access conditions.
From reservations to accounting, live commentary to the next voyage.
Guides follow sales and shares in their dashboard. Authorised teams review sales reports for accounting. Imported debit/credit lists update passenger balances after guide approval; passengers see their published balance on their own screen.
Tour reservations are shared online with authorised Shorex staff. Guides and Shorex follow entry into the ship system and ticket-printing status, checking missing or problematic bookings.
Passengers share their experience in their selected language. Results support the guide’s review; when enabled, the raffle is managed in the same area.
Photo hunts, competitions, mascot welcomes, check-in animations and personal keepsakes invite passengers to take part. Published content keeps the journey engaging.
Published port commentary, route notes and local suggestions open on the phone. Passengers can see the packages available to them and their access conditions.
The guide starts a live audio session for the relevant tour; passengers join on their phones. It requires internet access and the necessary microphone permission.
Port and tour images, brochures, travel notes and shared memory presentations introduce each destination. The guide publishes the content.
Future dates, routes and programmes can be shared through a standalone link. Interested guests use the published contact or pre-registration options.
Returning guests are matched using recorded or imported past voyages and passenger records. Authorised staff can review previous participation and prepare future-tour messages in line with consent.
After check-in, passengers are directed to the tour and package catalogue. They can browse shared brochures and submit a booking request, subject to guide approval, voyage settings and capacity.

While the guide plans the next meeting, passengers explore the next port. Sailora brings both sides together around current information.
